Job Description/Responsibilities

As a Bottling Coordinator, you'll help keep our high-volume bottling operation organized, accurate, and running efficiently. You'll support daily production reporting, ERP data entry, inventory management, and bottling documentation while working closely with production and processing teams. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

 

Shifts: 

 

Shift A works Sunday - Tuesday (6:00AM – 6:00PM) and Wednesdays (6AM – 12PM).

 

Shift C works Thursday - Saturday, (6:00AM – 6:00PM) and Wed (12:00PM – 6:00PM).

What You'll Do

  • Reconcile daily production activity and enter accurate bottling and bulk processing information into ERP systems.
  • Maintain bottling databases, work orders, KPIs, and production records while preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Manage operating supply and remnant room inventory, including cycle counts, ordering, and system updates.
  • Support the bottling department with case code labels, ensuring designs and formatting are accurate and production-ready.
  • Partner with bottling, processing, warehouse, and other teams to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, inventory, or an administrative role supporting operations.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately enter, maintain, and retrieve information from ERP or other business systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with ERP systems, production databases, inventory management, or manufacturing reporting.
  • Experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or alcohol beverage manufacturing.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma principles.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed and safely move throughout the production and warehouse areas.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move between office, production, and warehouse areas throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment, noise, and varying temperatures or wet conditions.
