As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our bottling lines and facility operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll troubleshoot and repair production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems, and partnering with production teams to keep equipment running at its best.
What You'll Do
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance on bottling lines, production equipment, facility systems, and grounds equipment.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests, identify the cause of issues, and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Support bottling line startups and changeovers by ensuring equipment is properly maintained, adjusted, and ready for production.
- Communicate equipment issues, maintenance needs, safety concerns, and potential production impacts to supervisors and managers while working closely with production teams.
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders while supporting continuous improvement efforts focused on equipment reliability, safety, efficiency, and reducing downtime.
