Job Description/Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, and a safe working environment. This role oversees team performance, coordinates logistics, and partners across departments to support production and distribution goals. You’ll play a key role in driving operational efficiency, improving processes, and building a strong, engaged team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and lead warehouse team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and shipment of materials to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system updates
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Partner with shipping, logistics, and operations teams to optimize workflow and resolve issues

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, including supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes

Preferred:

  • Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement practices (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution or manufacturing setting

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout a shift
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions
