Job Description/Responsibilities

As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our fast-paced manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. You'll operate and troubleshoot production equipment, perform equipment changeovers, and help ensure every product meets our quality standards. Schedule: 

Shift A works Sunday - Tuesday (6:00AM – 6:00PM) and Wednesdays (6AM – 12PM).

Shift B works Sunday night - Tuesday night (6:00PM – 6:00AM), and Wed (6PM – 12AM Thur).

Shift C works Thursday - Saturday, (6:00AM – 6:00PM) and Wed (12:00PM – 6:00PM).

Shift D works Thursday - Saturday nights, (6:00PM – 6:00AM), and Thur (12:00AM – 6:00AM).

 

What You'll Do

  • Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform changeovers on automated production equipment to support daily production goals.
  • Perform quality inspections, complete production documentation, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance activities while identifying and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Follow all GMP, food safety, safety, and standard operating procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to temporary team members while promoting a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or production experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and accurately complete production documentation.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.

Preferred

  • Experience operating automated production, bottling, packaging, filling, or case packing equipment.
  • Experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or alcohol beverage manufacturing.
  • Technical school, apprenticeship, or Associate degree in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or a related field is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb throughout a 12-hour shift.
  • Ability to safely work around moving mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, humidity, and varying production conditions.
  • Regular, reliable on-site attendance and overtime as needed to support production schedules.
