Job Description/Responsibilities

BuzzBallz is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for building and managing training programs that support employee development, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The Training Manager will partner closely with operations leadership to identify skill gaps, develop structured learning programs, and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement training programs that support operational performance, compliance, and employee development
  • Create and maintain structured training matrices, onboarding programs, and frontline development plans
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), track training completion, and monitor training effectiveness metrics
  • Facilitate leadership development, skills training, and workforce development initiatives across manufacturing teams
  • Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business goals

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or workforce development
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working in manufacturing, production, or CPG environments
  • Experience with Alchemy LMS or similar learning management systems
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or certifications in training or instructional design
