Quality Supervisor (Food / Beverage)

BuzzBallz is a beverage manufacturer producing ready-to-drink cocktails and spirits in Carrollton, TX. Our facility is located at 2114 McDaniel Dr., Carrollton, TX 75006.

We’re looking for a Quality Supervisor (Food / Beverage) to oversee daily quality operations within our beverage manufacturing facility. This leader will ensure our products meet the highest food safety and regulatory standards while supporting our mission of continuous improvement.

• Supervise daily activities of QA technicians to ensure all testing, inspections, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor production processes for compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and company standards.
• Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs and manage root cause investigations.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams to resolve non-conformance issues.
• Lead internal audits, customer complaint investigations, and product holds/releases.
• Train employees on quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain lab equipment calibration, recordkeeping, and inventory of testing materials.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
