Job Description/Responsibilities

We’re looking for an Assistant Bottling Manager to lead and oversee bottling operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role is hands-on and people-focused, requiring strong leadership and a proven ability to mentor supervisors, develop teams, and optimize production.

  • Manage bottling operations to meet production and quality goals
  • Mentor and lead supervisors and departmental staff
  • Drive safety programs and ensure OSHA and company compliance
  • Lead continuous improvement and capital projects
  • Support new product development and equipment implementation
  • Resolve quality issues and lead root cause efforts
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments (shipping, customer service, QA)
  • Monitor, evaluate, and develop departmental performance and skills

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of business experience with management experience required
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership track record

Preferred: Alcohol beverage or CPG experience, Supply Chain and Org Development
